Poll Results Secured - Shadow Team Wins!

Shadow Team, at your command.

Well, it seems like a lot of you comrades like these sneaky deadly bastards. Also known as the Commando Lite, the Shadow Team are a deadly force to deal with. They pack a powerful punch; these guys can take out multiple structures with their special chemical C-4 charges with ease and they can also kill hordes of enemy infantry with their dual machine handguns. What's more, they also utilize portable hang gliders to move swiftly and quietly over the battlefield for maximum mobility. Stealth is their ally and the opponent's enemy, for they are not called Shadows for nothing. Do not underestimate their defenses though; their exclusive Shadow Armor can even withstand GDI railgun attacks head on. This dangerous combination of stealth, mobility, armor and combat effectiveness make the Shadow Team an invaluable force to the Brotherhood of Nod.

So, are you willing to be one of us?

The Podster's Story - iPhone

Well comrades, the iPhone is already out in the U.S. and it drew worldwide atention. Long lines are never an obstacle to the techno whiz who wants to buy this mobile, and the waiting really paid off. The iPhone packs a wallop, dishing out lots of features while not compromising style and size.

Pros:

iPod Revamped - the iPhone has enough memory to pack a thousand songs or up to 9 hours of hi-quality videos. It can display such videos in high resolutions, and its widescreen capability allows users to enjoy movies more than the traditional iPod.

Touching - as you all noticed, the iPhone has no keypad. The screen IS the keypad, so people need to learn touchscreening in order to properly use the phone. The touchscreen's response is fast and fluid, so no worry for lags in texting.

RAZR-thin - the iPhone is almost as slim as the famous RAZR V3, which is about the width of a normal wafer. Also, the iPhone has a stainless steel finish, so the phone is fairly strong.

Long-life - the life of the iPhone is quite long, it can outlive most other phones of this size and type. You can recharge it using a dock, similar to the iPods.

Megapix - the iPhone has a cool 2 mp camera which can snap quality pics and display them in its large screen.

MacLite - the Operating System of the iPhone is similar to the iMac's OSX, with fast reactions and cool interfaces. It has EDGE, GPRS, and other cool internet capabilities to keep you going, and going, and going...

Cons:

iPod NANO Revamped - why? One of the iPhone's fatal flaws is its inability to support external memory cards, unlike most phones today. The max capacity of this beast is only 8 gb, only a fraction of the iPod's 80 gb range. Luckily the Nano has almost the same amount of memory as the iPhone.

Touching, Not! - the Achilles' heel of the phone is its absence of a physical keypad. This means more problems during texting and more cash lost due to unintentional calls. Old people can't cope up with the touchscreen stuff and kids might poke the iPhone too hard.

RAZR-thin, RAZR-weak - since the iPhone is wafer-thin, it has a tendency to break at the lowest of altitudes, like the early versions of the RAZR V3. Be careful comrades if you use one of these delicate flowers.

Long-life...for long - like the iPod, the iPhone also suffers from an irreplacable rechargeable battery. That means, if you drain the life force from it without giving it a rest, prepare for a cash drain. You must have the battery replaced by a certified Apple serviceman or it is considered a fatality.

Megapix-tures only - the iPhone's 2 mp camera can shoot quality pictures, ONLY pictures. It still has no video capture capabilities as of now, Better hope Apple will give an upgrade for this issue.

MacLite, too Lite - the iPhone has a good OS, but the system is considered closed for third party applications. So sad, those Java games look good on the screen, ahh well. Also, the phone only has a slowEDGE connection, meaning no 3G capabilities whatsoever. So sad...
